Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We ship across the United States using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location:

Three Packs: FREE SHIPPING INCLUDED via USPS Flat Rate 1-3 days.
Single Bottles: FREE SHIPPING INCLUDED via USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 days.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order size, weight, and delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are exploring ways to make our hot sauces available worldwide. International Orders can be arranged by emailing tiiffanys.torcher@gmail.com.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to you.

Damaged or Lost Items:
